      1. Resolutions
        1. To authorize check signers for CRG Money Market Account with Community Bank, N.A.
        2. To Recommend a Board candidate to the FCCRG Membership
      2. Grant Requests
        1. Update on the Brownfields Assessment Grant – RFP for an EPA consultant.
        2. Microenterprise Grants (MEG) and Microenterprise CARES Act Grant (MCG) covered under Membership & Marketing Report.
        3. CRG will not apply for the EPA Loan/Grant program in 2021.
      3. Business Inquires
        1. Update on possible large agricultural project. CRG is still competing and working with New York State Empire State Development to attract a manufacturer to build in Fulton County.  We made the first and second cuts.  We are now providing incentive packages.
        2. The Lake Champlain – Lake George Regional Planning Board was not approved for the Community Navigator Pilot Program.
        3. Still in discussions with an out-of-state glove sewing operation, waiting on some equipment quotes then we will work on a financing package.
        4. Still meeting every week to 10 days with two companies on a business retention basis.  We are making progress; still going in a positive direction.
        5. The first JDA Agriculture Loan closed on November 1, 2021.
        6. CRG is participating in two Build Back Better Regional Competition Applications sponsored through the Federal Economic Development Agency.  One with the New York State Economic Development Council and one with the Mohawk Valley Economic Development District.
        7. We have made great inroads with the Capital Regional Economic Group, the Center for Economic Growth. CRG will be invited to their regional EDO Roundtables, which is additional exposure for Fulton County.
        8. Update on site selector inquiry.
      4. Site Assessment Study
        1. Update on Elan Planning/Mathes Public Relations Countywide Site Inventory and Assessment Project. Site Assessments to be complete in three weeks.
      5. 34 W. Fulton St
        1. New tenant as of November 1st – Lean on Us, Suite 106, providers of concierge services.
        2. Rear entrance doors are slated to be repaired/replaced on November 13th.
